Thank you for shopping with That You Are. All orders are dispatched from Singapore. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days upon confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery is available island-wide. NinjaVan delivers Monday to Saturday, 9am–10pm. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Malaysia
Cross-Border Delivery

Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days (West Malaysia) / 7–15 working days (East Malaysia)
Shipping fee: S$12.90
Free shipping on orders above S$150
Delivery times for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) may be longer subject to customs clearance. Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box addresses.
Southeast Asia
Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines
Courier: NinjaVan International
Estimated delivery: 5–14 working days (subject to customs clearance)
Shipping fee: S$10.00
Free shipping on orders above S$120
Prices displayed for your region include a market adjustment to reflect international pricing. Customs duties and import taxes that may be assessed upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient. That You Are is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Philippines note: An import processing charge may be assessed by local customs upon arrival. This is separate from the shipping fee and is payable by the recipient.
Australia
Courier: JustShip (via FedEx)
Estimated delivery: 5–8 working days

Prices displayed for the Australian market reflect international pricing for your region. All prices are shown in SGD. Customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
General Notes
• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Once an order has been handed over to the courier, That You Are is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.
• We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout.
• That You Are is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all international orders (Malaysia, SEA, and Australia), customs duties, import taxes, and any other governmental charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. That You Are has no control over these charges and is unable to predict or reimburse them.
If a parcel is refused or unclaimed due to customs charges, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Singapore
We accept exchanges for items that are defective or incorrectly fulfilled. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
International Orders (Malaysia, SEA, Australia)
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item received is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
If you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Shipping Outside Our Current Markets
We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and Australia.
If your country is not listed, we still want to hear from you. We accept international enquiries on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping for custom international orders is typically fulfilled via DHL Express or JustShip depending on destination. Delivery times and rates will be confirmed upon enquiry.
