Size Guide

Our sizes follow standard Singaporean sizing and may run smaller compared to US, EU, or UK standards. Each product page includes a detailed size chart and measurement guide to help you find the best fit. Shipping & Delivery

Local Delivery (Singapore)

We offer a flat rate of SGD $4.50 for standard delivery, with an estimated 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that delivery timeframes exclude packing and processing upon order confirmation.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship to most countries! Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

For countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam): We use Ninja Van, with standard delivery taking approximately 4-9 business days.

For other international destinations: We use DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.

Do you accept refunds/returns?

Can I cancel my order after I have checkout?

Once an order has been checked out, cancellations are not allowed.

How long is my Store Credit valid?

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any item available online.

Once an order is placed using store credit, the item cannot be refunded for additional store credit.
